Hello Sanctuary Neighbors,
We’re excited to announce that the Sanctuary by the Sea HOA has officially partnered with Artemis Lifestyles as our new Association management company! Artemis, based in Kissimmee, will be taking over from APM, and we want to extend our sincere thanks to APM for their service and partnership over the last several years. We truly appreciate their work in helping us maintain our community.
Why the Change?
The decision to switch management companies was made with the best interests of our residents in mind. Artemis will offer a more hands-on approach to resident relations, including the return of a management representative at the clubhouse. This means there will be someone on-site to address your needs more directly and efficiently.
In addition to that, Artemis will be enhancing our resident portal experience with several new features that we’re excited about! These include:
- A streamlined ACC application process for easier submission and tracking.
- Images of compliance violations directly within the portal, so residents can clearly see what needs to be addressed.
- Improved payment and resident accounting features to make things simpler for everyone.
One of the key benefits of switching to Artemis is that it will greatly reduce the workload for individual Board members. This will allow residents who have busy schedules to more easily serve on the Board without sacrificing their personal time to manage day-to-day Association matters.
What’s Next?
Over the next four weeks, Artemis will work closely with APM to transition all Association details and ensure a smooth handoff. Once the transition is complete, Artemis will send out a formal welcome letter and introduce themselves to the community.
