Recently, an inspection was conducted on the tennis courts, and the board was informed of several areas that showed tire marks, presumably from a motorized vehicle driven on the court surface. Upon reviewing the security footage, we discovered that two juveniles entered the tennis court area by reaching through the fence and activating the exit button from the opposite side. They then proceeded to ride their electric bikes across the courts, leaving tire marks in and around the playing area. During the July meeting of the Board, the Annual Budget was reviewed, voted, and approved by the Board of Directors. The Board understands there are questions regarding the increase in quarterly dues, however, the budget was discussed in open meetings. These meetings were announced via the FrontSteps Resident Portal, mobile app, and physical signage at both exits of the community. Additionally, the option to join these meetings virtually was offered by a link posted on the FrontSteps Portal. Below is a brief statement regarding the dues increase.

We wanted to give you a quick update about The Sanctuary Resident Group on Facebook as you might have heard, this group, while active and well-intentioned, was never an official source for Association information. With our FrontSteps Resident portal up and running since March, it’s become the go-to place for all official updates and documents. So, the group’s administrator decided it was time to shut it down.
