During the July meeting of the Board, the Annual Budget was reviewed, voted, and approved by the Board of Directors. The Board understands there are questions regarding the increase in quarterly dues, however, the budget was discussed in open meetings. These meetings were announced via the FrontSteps Resident Portal, mobile app, and physical signage at both exits of the community. Additionally, the option to join these meetings virtually was offered by a link posted on the FrontSteps Portal. Below is a brief statement regarding the dues increase.
