Changes Ahead!

published: March 28th, 2025 in Board of Directors

Making it easier for you and the Association Hey Sanctuary Neighbors, We wanted to take a moment to share something the Board will be discussing—moving the Annual Meeting of the Membership from June to January. Why? Well, for the past three years, we haven’t been able to hold elections or votes because we’ve failed to reach quorum. We wanted to give you a quick update about The Sanctuary Resident Group on Facebook as you might have heard, this group, while active and well-intentioned, was never an official source for Association information. With our FrontSteps Resident portal up and running since March, it’s become the go-to place for all official updates and documents. So, the group’s administrator decided it was time to shut it down. They mentioned that with the portal handling everything and their busy schedule, they couldn’t keep up with moderating the group. It has come to our attention that there may be other resident-run Facebook… Read More »
